Afin que vous passiez un séjour agréable et en toute sécurité chez nous, et pour vous protéger ainsi que nous-mêmes, nous avons introduit les mesures suivantes en ce qui concerne la protection contre le COVID-19.
Veuillez observer en règle générale l’importance de l’hygiène des mains et de garder une distance de 1,5 mètre.
Vous trouverez de nombreux distributeurs de désinfectant dans la zone publique de l’hôtel.

Nos employés portent des masques de protection là où c’est approprié.

La fréquence de nettoyage a été augmentée. Les objets fréquemment utilisés (poignées de porte, interrupteurs, boutons, compteurs, télécommandes, etc.) sont régulièrement nettoyés.
L’ascenseur ne peut être utilisé que par des personnes ensemble si elles sont de la même famille ou de la même chambre.

Assurez-vous d’ouvrir les fenêtres quelques minutes chaque jour pour ventiler la chambre et faire entrer l’air frais.

Enfin nous joignons les informations du gouvernement suisse sur le COVID-19 pour les voyageurs, ainsi les dernières nouvelles du bureau de tourisme de Zermatt

Covid-19 in Zermatt

Dear Guest,

In order for you to have a pleasant and safe stay with us, and to protect you as well as ourselves, we have introduced the following measures with regard to protection against the COVID-19.

Please observe as a general rule the importance of hand hygiene and to keep the distance of 1.5 meter.

You will find plenty of disinfectant dispensers in the public area of the hotel
Our employees wear protective masks where it is appropriate.

The cleaning frequency has been increased. Objects that are used frequently (door handles, switches, buttons, counters, remote controls, etc) are regularly cleaned
The elevator can only be used by guests together if they are from the same family or the same room.

Please make sure that you open the windows a few minutes every day to ventilate the room and get fresh air in.
